Workshop in cooperation with Cresco – Reorganisation Value

The European Restructuring and Insolvency Directive has put the concept of value at the heart of reorganization procedures. Drawing on the experience of the past few years, the workshop will focus on the appropriate determination of the reorganization value of a debtor and the distribution thereof among the relevant stakeholders. Is reorganization value really a guess compounded by an estimate, or can leading principles be identified? Practitioners from Germany, France, the Netherlands and Belgium will share their perspective and insights in order to determine commonalities or divergences.
