Thomas has led many large restructuring and refinancing deals in the Belgian and broader Benelux market, in addition to international projects, often with a Benelux angle. He currently leads FTI Consulting’s Belgian restructuring team.
His core focus is acting as a trusted advisor to companies, lenders and other stakeholders in complex multi-stakeholder restructuring and refinancing situations.
Furthermore, he also has extensive experience in distressed M&A transactions, as well as cash flow planning, business plan support and reviews in restructuring or refinancing situations.
Prior to joining FTI Consulting in 2024 , Thomas led the Belgian restructuring team for PwC.
